Today WhatsApp is introducing a new way to organize events. It should thus be easier to plan get togethers directly in WhatsApp, without the need for separate apps, regardless of whether you're setting up a virtual meeting or birthday dinner or whatever else. Events will also be listed in each group's information page, and those who are going will get a notification when the event is getting close. These replies will be grouped together and minimized, allowing you to see what others have said in context. Later, WhatsApp began testing Community announcement group events on its beta app for Android, and now, it's working on the Community group chat event duration feature. This revelation comes from WABetaInfo, who said WhatsApp has started testing the Community group chat event duration feature on WhatsApp for Android's beta version 2.24.17.11. With this feature, community group members will be able to create events with specific start and end times while also adding a location and a WhatsApp call link to them.
